You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your preferred saree, choosing customization options (if available), and completing the checkout process. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Yes, we offer customization on select sarees, including blouse stitching, fall & pico finishing, and design modifications. Customization options will be visible on the product page. For special requests, you can contact our support team before placing the order.
  • Ready-to-ship sarees: Dispatched within 2–4 business days

  • Customized sarees: Processing time is 7–14 business days

Yes, Mayuri Maud ships across India and to select international locations. Shipping charges and delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products

  • No returns or exchanges on customized or stitched products

  • Request must be raised within 4 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and product images/videos. We will arrange a replacement or resolution after verification.
