When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products

Request must be raised within 4 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue
