- Report within 3 days
If you wish to return, please make your request within 3 days of receiving the parcel. - Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
Record a clear video while opening your parcel. This helps us verify condition at delivery. - Return-Request Video
Before sending the item back, record another video showing the product, its packaging, and condition. - Product Condition
Product must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging. - Shipping Costs
Unless damaged or wrong item was delivered, return shipping cost will be borne by customer. - Verification
Our team will review the videos and inspect the product upon receipt. - Refund / Replacement
Once verified, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via your original payment method.
- Returns without video proof will not be accepted.
- Damage after use or due to mishandling is excluded.
- The decision for refund or replacement we make after verification is final.
- These steps protect both customers and tailors from misunderstanding or fraud.
